PRESERVE NEW CASTLE
Stop Theft, Fraud and Deceit
Our Mission
Preserve New Castle is a community-led endeavor to protect the safety, honesty, and value of life in our town. Stand up for
our
community.
We’d love to have a community with only honest, honorable, property-respecting neighbors, but that not reality. There are residents among us that lie, steal and spread dis-information which negatively impacts our community, our property, our livelyhood and opportunities.
The Garfield County is a place of natural beauty and opportunity to thrive. It is our responsiblity to make sure it stays this way.
Your opinion matters. Talk to your neighbors and express opposition to these bad actors. You can make a real difference by expressing your concerns.
Be good, express your opposition and help protect our community.
Take Action
Our Concerns

Has the Canyon Creek water been looted for many years? Can Google Earth History Viewer or other tools be used to determine who has been stealing water? Does water's high value constitute grand larceny? The community deserves to know.
Lying

Some residents have cemented their reputation as liars and bad actors by fraudulently making damaging statements to authorities "without evidence" regarding other people's property rights and their affect on the health of the ecological system.
Dis-information

These disingenuous people are spreading their dis-information in the local community in an attempt to harm other property owners, while additionally risking their and their neighbors' reputation, relationships, time and money.
Defamation

Defamation is the act of harming someone's reputation by spreading false information about them. It can be written or spoken. Defamation penalties can include jail time, fines, and damages.
Littering

These residents have also been caught littering and illeagle dumping, placing their dis-info signage waste in at least a half dozen places on other peoples private property. The property owners were harmed by expediciously having to dispose of the trash.
Fraud

When you litter, steal from your neighbors, lie and spread dis-information in an effort to harm others monetarily and their reputation, you are commiting fraud, perjury and defamation. You deserve to be arrested and litigated for damages.
